Purtenance

PUR'TENANCEnoun [from the Latin pertinens, pertineo. See Appurtenance. (that which belongs to something else; an adjunct; an appendage)]
Appurtenance; but applied to the pluck of an animal, 
Eat not of it raw, nor sodden at all with water, but roastwith fire; his head with his legs, and with the purtenance thereof. Exodus 12:9.
